The Madison stall combines strength

The Madison stall is based on those used on the major Californian diary farms but has been redesigned and improved to provide greater strength and safety.

Its ergonomics and spaciousness make it the 'king' of stalls.

Like its predecessors, it may be adjusted for height and width.

Its spacious design makes it easier to lie down in and gives the animal a sense of total security, just like a straw-spread byre.

For maximum comfort, combine this stall with ' Farmat ' matting. 

The high spacing provides maximum solidity.

2 options:
Adjustable for height and width or attached directly to the upright (adjustable for height).

The use of a movable bar avoids injuries on lying down and rising.

The support provided by the anti-creep board or tube allows for easier rising and safely prevents access to the feed lane.

 

The Madison stalls will best satisfy the needs of stockbreeder and herd alike when fitted with the full range of options, ie:

• Movable bar for easier lying down and rising

• Anti-creep board or tube mounting (essential)

• Fittings to adjust height and width (to suit all ages and breeds of cattle)

  • 2 metre divider with anti-shear ring.  910mm between the tubes.
  • Built from 60mm diameter tubing
  • Adjustable for width using a U-shaped clamp over the beams
  • Cross-beams - 60x60x3mm square, with reductions.
  • 49mm diameter wither-bar, with reductions.
 
  • Detachable wither-bar flange at three divider intervals
  • Uprights - 80x80x3mm square, height 1.75metres (at 2 divider intervals)
  • Independent spiders (2 per upright)
  • Anti-creep board/tube mounting.
 

 

All our products are hot-dip galvanised after manufacture by dipping in a zinc bath at 450°C.
