The Quality Commitment

With concern for constant improvement of our products and faced with obvious economic constraints, we must perpetually modernise our production facilities. Quality and quantity aspects are inseparable at all stages of manufacturer.

For these reasons, we carry out multiple controls during manufacture. These are carried out by qualified personnel specially trained for such missions. When elaborating our products, précise controls are carried out, notably during their manufacture, finishing and shipping.

Manufactue

An initial control is carried out on the tubes delivered to our company in Loudun in order to check them for compliance with specifications. Then, different controls are carried out to check the quality of work on these tubes : cutting, bending, welding, etc…. Only the batches passing these controls are accepted for the second part of the process.

Finishing and Shipping

Galvanising being part of our manufacturing facilities, we take particular care in its control (thickness of the zinc….) Before shipping, all equipment is checked 3 more times during assembly, preparation for delivery and loading.
