"QUALITAGRI" and "QUALISUPER"

stalls have been designed for the greatest versatility of the farmer and his herd.

Two assets compared with older models : adjustable in height and width.

The general concept make them ideal models for dairy herds.

Ø 60 for “QUALITAGRI” stalls
Ø 70 for “QUALISUPER” stalls

 

 

 

 

“QUALITAGRI” or “QUALISUPER” stalls with wither bar for 1.25 m advised.

 

 

“Qualitagri” and QUALISUPER” stalls are perfectly finished and extremely tough.

They have the following characteristics:

 

  • "QUALITAGRI" side
    L = 2 m in 60.3 x 2.9 tube with Ø 70 anti-shearing reinforcing collar - 110/8 flat steel.
  • Adjustable in width by solid U shaped yoke.
  • "Solid" clamp advised for wither bar (on option).
  • 80 x 80 x 3mm L = 1.50 sealed.
  • Setting post 0.30m every other stall.
  • Monobloc height adjusing brace90 x 90 x 3 mm and 70 x 70 x 3 mm
  • Beam 60 x 60 (2 per stall) - Thickness 3 mm
  • "QUALISUPER" side
    L = 2 m in 70 x 3 tube with Ø 80 anti-shearing reinforcing collar - 110/8 flat steel
  • Adjustable in width by a reinforced 4 mm solid U shaped yoke.
  • "solid" clamp as standard
  • 90 x 90 x 4mm L = 1,50 m sealed.
  • Setting post 0,30 m every other stall.
  • Monobloc height adjusting brace 100 x 100 x 4 mm and 70 x 70 x 4 mm
  • Beam 60 x 60 (2 per stall) - Thickness 4 mm

ADAPTABLE TO ALL SIZES

The general concept of "QUALITAGRI" and "QUALISUPER" stalls makes  them the ideal models for large size cows. Their various options allow them to be adapted for growth and genetic evolution and offers a range of layout solutions.

 

 

COMFORT AND SAFETY
“QUALITAGRI” and “QUALISUPER” stalls of very clear streamlined shape have undeniable advantages, allowing improved comfort for the animals when lying down and better safety for hips and udders when getting up.

 

All our products are easily installed. They adapt to each type of use and are suitable for all types of livestock building. Our products are hot dip galvanised, on site after manufacture, by immersion in a bath of zinc at 450°C.
