GENERAL TERMS

• All our prices are for information only and exclude VAT, and are ex-works Loudun (France). (Delivery and assembly not included).
• Any special orders should be made in writing accompanied by a drawing and confirmed by agreement from the factory.
• Lateness in delivery cannot give rise to the payment of damages.
• Our goods travel at the customer’s risks and peril whatever the method of shipping.
• All invoices will include fixed costs of 15.00 F before VAT.
• All telephoned orders should be confirmed in writing.
• The equipment is sold non-assembled, without assembly plans. Installation carried out by  the customer is at the customer’s cost and does in no way commit Agritubel’s responsibility.
• Delivery delays are given for information only and can in no way give rise to penalties in case of lateness of delineavit.
• Any claims should be made within 48 hours maximum following delivery.
• In the event that an order is modified after delivery, the equipment will neither be taken back nor exchanged.
• Shipping prices vary depending on the volumes and places of delivery.

PRICE GUARANTEE

• All orders taken without down payments will be invoiced  at the going rate on the day of delivery.
• All orders taken with a down payment of 30 % will carry a price guarantee of six months starting from the day of order. Beyond that, invoicing will be at the going rate for the day.
• Any litigation or contention will be judged in the commercial court of Poitiers France.

PAYMENT

Our terms of payment are as follows :

• 0,4 % discount for payment within 7 days from the reception of the invoice, or net after 30 days from delivery without discount.
• Any lateness in payment will incur interest at the rate of 1,5 % per month of lateness.
• Invoices of less than 150 $ are payable cash.

RETENTION OF TITLE

The title of equipment will pass to the customer only after payment and cashing of the full amount of the invoice.

Out of concern for constant improvement, the manufacturer reserves the right to make any usely and necessary modifications to the  products without recourse being possible by the user.

Documents, photos and drawings are non-contractual.
